Instant rust is cool stuff. I've been using the Modern Options brand.


I love watching the rust develop.


You can get anything to rust with this stuff. Paper, plastic, clay, and metal!

I tool a collage class in using encaustic waxes from Cory Celaya. I like working with encaustic wax.

Dry embossing on copper
I kept trying to add this to a collage piece.
Total disaster.


Although I did discover that you can use the thermal embossing powder on plastic lizrds and get a nice finish


The lizzie works better with this piece. Stamped lizzie is done with encaustic wax and buffing waxes.
Background is Sheer Heaven with alcohol inks and Tar Gel.
