To dress wounds;
Take honey from the first of May
Put in a clean vessel and warm at the fire.
Stir in sea salt until it thickens
Smear on the wound with a clean cloth.

Lay on bark of withe
Bind with a white cloth.
Change the bindings each day
For seven days.
